The Vital Power VP6000UKS-1 is one of the most powerful diesel generators for its size, producing a continuous output of 5.3kW and a maximum output of 5.8kW, within a sound reducing canopy weighing only 149kg (net). Using a reliable and fuel efficient diesel engine and 100% copper alternator (brushed) the VP6000UKS-1 is a versatile and easy to use generator. The alternator uses an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) to stabilise the output, making it suitable for use on most domestic electronics. Perfect for keeping you connected during a power cut.

Built within a sound reducing canopy, the noise level of the VP6000UKS-1 is lowered to 70dB(A) at 7 metres, ensuring it is suitable for domestic and low noise areas. The canopy includes 4 single direction wheels and handles on both sides to make manoeuvring the generator easier across solid, flat ground. The large 14-litre fuel tank can last for up to 14 hours at 50% load before needing to be refuelled. Keeping you powered on without the worry of needing to top up the diesel every few hours.

Power from the generator is taken from the 32A 230V socket or the two 115V sockets (32A and 16A), which means some low voltage power tools can also be used for home DIY jobs. The generator also includes a 12V DC socket for battery charging or running low level DC equipment. Each output is protected be a circuit breaker to prevent overload damage on the generator, along with low oil warning and shutdown to ensure the engine is always at the correct level.

With a maintenance free 12V battery the generator benefits from an electric start to make getting the unit running as easy as possible. An emergency stop can shut the unit down quickly when needed. A digital display provides voltage, frequency, and runtime information. Keeping track of the hours the generator has completed is key to ensuring it gets the correct servicing and maintenance.
