Express Delivery Updates

Next working day deliveries are unfortunately no longer guaranteed. We continue to dispatch items on an overnight service where possible; however, please note that lead times could be up to 1 to 5 working days for most of mainland UK addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands). The current issues being experienced are changing on a daily basis, which means that lead times for deliveries, particularly within the UK pallet network, can become longer with no notice provided.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland

For delivery of any of our products to addresses in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can advise on the availability of this service. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some items are still unable to be shipped to the island of Ireland.

General Delivery Terms

  • Our Express Delivery service is based on a next working day delivery (1 to 5 working days), where possible, and covers most of mainland UK addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands).
  • If you require delivery to offshore islands, the Scottish Highlands, or Ireland, please contact us for a price.
  • For an overnight delivery to take place, the goods must be in stock.
  • Our sales team will inform you if your product is out of stock.
  • We only offer overnight services Monday to Friday — not on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • For next day delivery, please order before 12-1pm UK time.
  • Our carriers, unfortunately, don’t offer a guaranteed time, but we will do our best to quote you as accurately as possible.

Different Delivery Address

If you need delivery to an address different from your billing address, please contact us first. Failure to do so may result in extra redirection charges.

Stock Availability

If your item is unfortunately out of stock, our sales team will contact you to inform you when your delivery will take place.

We will offer you the opportunity to discuss a possible alternative or a refund.

We try our very best to only display products that are in stock or products that can be dispatched quickly direct from the manufacturer.

If we are unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain products being unavailable, we will contact you immediately to either offer you an alternative or refund.

If You’re Not at Home

If you are not at home when the courier attempts delivery, the driver will leave you a calling card and reattempt delivery the following day. If you receive a second failed delivery ,you will be given another calling card with details of how to arrange a more convenient delivery slot.

Palletised Goods (Over 35kg or Larger than 1 metre in length, width or height)

Delivery for palletised goods is made via HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) and there are additional requirements to consider:

  • Delivery is made to a kerbside location
  • Deliveries cannot be made on steep inclines
  • A solid, flat surface is needed for safe pump truck operation
  • The driver is not permitted to enter your property
  • Pallet/packaging disposal is the responsibility of the customer/recipient
  • Access to the property must be sufficiently wide, free of obstacles and allow for at least a 7.5 tonne vehicle, measuring approximately 7.5 x 2.8 x 3.4 metres (L x W x H)

It is the customer’s responsibility to advise of any parking restriction, access restriction or weight restriction on the route to the delivery address. Any issues occurring from not being informed of this prior to delivery may lead to additional charges for failed / rearranged deliveries.

Checking Your Goods

At the time of delivery we strongly advise that you check your goods over to ensure that they are in perfect working order and that they are not damaged. If you notice any problems, please refuse the goods and contact our sales team to arrange a replacement for you. We do not in any way offer compensation for damaged or faulty items apart from a refund.

If received goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery, you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund, provided this is reported within 7 working days from the delivery date.
