Samurai 9500 Short Drum Winch 12v Synthetic Rope

The narrow drum version of the best selling 9500 Samurai. A total width of 456 mm ensures this is the perfect product for limited space!

The Short Drum winch is the preferred choice of the British Military on specialist vehicles currently serving in action. Designed for maximum power, speed, and efficiency, this winch pulls faster, draws less current, and delivers unstoppable performance when it matters most.

At its core is a revolutionary external brake system, giving you superior load holding and smooth, controlled pull while eliminating heat buildup in the drum. That means better performance, greater safety, and zero compromises—making it the ultimate choice for recovery and 4×4 applications.

Built tough for real-world challenges, the Samurai features a high-performance series wound double-sealed motor with solid brass contacts, heavy-duty 4-pin waterproof contactors, and a double-sealed drum with maintenance-free bearings. Add in quiet, ultra-efficient full-steel planetary gearing, and you’ve got a winch that’s as durable as it is powerful.

Every Samurai winch comes fully equipped with a premium fairlead and premium fittings, and the 12V version includes a heavy-duty integrated wireless remote, giving you total control at your fingertips.
