Senci SC12000-II Petrol Generator

The Senci SC12000-II is currently the largest framed petrol generator in the Senci range. It is compact and powerful, designed for domestic and commercial applications. Designed and built in a robust frame with a sturdy wheel kit, the SC12000-II can be easily transported across a range of smooth and rough terrains.

Using Senci’s 4-stroke OHV, twin-cylinder SV550 engine, with a forced air cooling system, the SC12000-II produces 9kW of continuous output and 10kW of maximum power at 230V. With a 63A 230V socket, you can draw all the power of the SC12000-II in one go, meaning you can utilise the full potential of the generator without sacrificing lost power from a smaller socket. It also comes with 1 x 32A 230V sockets for multiple connections if required.

The SC12000-II includes the standard safety feature of a low oil cut-off for the engine and a warning indicator to signal when the level needs topping up. There is also digital display showing Voltage, Frequency and run time, the last of which is key to helping keep track of the maintenance schedule. Each of the 230V sockets is also protected by individual circuit breakers. With electric start the SC12000-II can be up and running with a turn of a key, with an added recoil starting method available as a backup.

The AC output on this generator is stabilised using an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), making it suitable for use with some sensitive appliances. Weighing only 106kg when dry the SC12000-II provides excellent power to weight ratio, keeping the generator as manoeuvrable as possible. The 25-litre fuel tank allows for up to 8.5 hours of run time at 50% load, reducing the need for regular refuelling on longer uses.
